The MMC is dedicated to facilitate the access to microarray technology to those who wish to perform gene expression profiling in the mouse.

FAQ: for a presentation of the MMC's history and accomplishments and answers to frequently asked questions.

PRINT INFO: to get information on the available slides, download the corresponding GAL file, preview a hybridized test slide from each print and purchase slides.

CLONE INFO: To know what clones are available on the MMC slides. You can blast and or search the main clone sets and obtain information about the custom clones.

PROTOCOLS: for access to various sources of protocols (including mine) and a purchasing guide to help you get started with your experiments.

EQUIPMENT: to reserve time on the scanner, post-processing station and workstation.

NOMAD: to access the MMC's version of the NOMAD database.This is a free to use accessible database to store and query your data. It also contains additional annotations for each of the clones represented on the MMC arrays. Here are a few guidelines for a better use of Nomad with the Meebo slides.
